13th annual outdoor art festival and makers market features original art by 130 fine artists and artisans, a makers market, art demonstrations, and a chalk art competition.

Supporting Our Community
The Rockville Arts Festival is produced by VisArts and proceeds help cover the costs of VisAbility Art Lab, class and camp scholarships, and afterschool arts programs in community centers in the region.
VisArts fills a unique niche and is a vital and impactful member of Montgomery County’s art sector, making our area a better place to live and work by building community, nurturing social connections, and strengthening the local economy.
