The Google Quantum AI Collection
Selected as one of just 15 artists worldwide for Google’s Creative Exchange Program, I created a giant 10-foot oil painting for their quantum computers in Santa Barbara, drawing inspiration from the Great Smoky Mountains. These oils capture nature’s intricate ecosystems as reflections of quantum entanglement’s mysterious connections.
The collection features a monumental 10-foot centerpiece surrounded by smaller works, each blending Eastern fluidity with Western precision. Born from the collision of mountain forests’ ancient wisdom and quantum physics’ boundless possibilities, these pieces offer daily immersion in this extraordinary dialogue between nature and science. Bring home the same artwork that inspires Google’s quantum researchers—where each glance sparks wonder and contemplation.
These mountain landscape oil paintings represent a departure from my watercolor bird work — created in oil to capture the deep greens, layered ridges, and atmospheric haze of the Smokies. Each piece is original and one of a kind, painted with the same freehand alla prima (completed in a single session) approach I bring to all my work.
